These terms explain how purchases, custom commissions, accounts, and customer communications are handled at Hafsa Art Studio.

Orders and Payments

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, the studio will contact you promptly to resolve or refund the order.

Custom Artwork Requests

Custom order submissions are quote requests, not automatic purchases. Production begins only after scope, timeline, and payment terms are approved. Deposits for commissioned work may be non-refundable once work has started.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier, weather, and customs processing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Accounts and Site Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please do not use the site for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
